Or if you’d like a special day of Christmas shopping, drive to the local station at Arrochar, take the train to Glasgow’s city centre, safe in the knowledge you can avoid the rush hour and return to the peace and tranquillity of Rhumhor at the end of the day.

While staying at Rhumhor you can also have the finest of Scottish fayre delivered straight to the door. Fresh fish and vegetables are delivered from Inveraray each week (we can pre-order items for you), and the famous Loch Fyne Oysters provide fantastic fresh local fish, seafood and Scottish delicacies such as local venison and haggis.If you prefer you can book your own personal chef to come and cook for your party, sheer luxury!

During December Rhumhor really shines with a festive feel as we decorate the public rooms with beautiful decorations. We have two December weekend breaks available – so contact us to make your reservation.
