Accommodation

Rhumhor Holiday Lodge is a unique Victorian house with a fine sense of style. The focal point of the house is the grand family room, a very unique space where everyone can very comfortably relax, watch TV & DVD’s, play pool, the Wii or a traditional board game. The French doors lead out onto a decked area and the garden where you will find a BBQ and picnic tables. This room was once the tennis pavillion and it really sets Rhumhor apart from other self catering properties.

The house has five bedrooms and two bathrooms, all beautifully furnished. The linen and towels are of high quality and the beds are extremely comfortable, all giving a sense of luxury. The spacious rooms are superbly decorated and offer stunning views of Loch Goil and the sensational mountain scenery of Argyll. In addition to the family room there is a drawing room with comfortable sofas and a wood burning stove that is ideal for relaxing. The dining room has a large dining table where you can enjoy your meals together and another wood burning stove. Both these rooms overlook the loch so you get breathtaking views.

If you need to check your emails or stay in touch with news from the outside world then log onto the free Wi-Fi.

You can wander out to the front of the house and cross a quiet single track road to the beach. When the tide is low you will find a mussel field and see a variety of sea creatures and shells.
